Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiry data you submit through the application form: company name, contact name, work email, phone, delivery city, seat commitment, tooling stack, outbound experience and any free-text notes.
• Server logs generated automatically: IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp, used for security and troubleshooting.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party tracking.

Why we hold it

Solely to evaluate and respond to your interest in delivering this process, and if the engagement proceeds, to open contracting. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Prospect data

No client prospect data, call recording or CRM record is processed by this website. All such data on the PipelineOps process is handled exclusively inside the client's systems and the delivery partner's agreed processing boundary, and never touches this domain.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Enquiries leading to a contract are retained for the term plus the statutory retention period applicable to the engagement.

Your rights

Write to support@akontec.com to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No payment data is ever collected on this site.
